When you are caught up in doing the role you often ‘forget’ your achievements and our call it will jog your memory and we can add these great skills and achievements to your CV. AI can create me a CV why do I need a CV Writer?AI can create you a CV but it will use generic content and quite often words we don't use in general conversation like spearheaded and orchestrated. If you want a CV tailored to your unique skills and experience, that sounds like you, it's not such a good idea to trust your CV to AI. We help you make sure that your CV sounds like you, has all your achievements in relevant to the job you're applying for. We will also save you time and energy creating the CV and share lots of hints and tips to help your job search that we've gained from writing over 800 CVs and working with two of the largest outplacement providers!

Why can’t I just find a template online and save my money? If you had to review your CV solo it would probably take you somewhere between 4 – 6 hours on average, much more than 60 or 90-minutes. The online templates may look great, but many will not pass through an Applicant Tracking System, because they contain images and formatting that may not be read correctly by this type of technology. At best the system will just not read this content and at worst it will reject the CV and no if a recruiter has 50 CVs that scan it is unlikely they will read it.

What makes you qualified to write my CV?I’ve spent over 20 years working in HR and Learning and Development supporting managers with recruitment and training them to advertise, sift applications and interview. I have reviewed over 800 CV’s since starting Snow Limits Coaching, both for individuals and as part of a professional outplacement service. I've had some amazing feedback from clients on how many more interview discussions they've had and ultimately how quickly they've secured new roles and pay rises. My own CV has resulted in a high success rate and numerous job offers, so I know it works! Finally I am an active member of the British Association of CV Writers and keep up to date with the latest job search and CV writing topics regularly.

Can you guarantee success?I can’t guarantee you your dream job. What I can do is give you the CV and understanding of the techniques to maximise your chance of being offered an interview. Each time you apply for a role you will need to tailor your CV to match their requirements and it’s down to you to do well at the interview. What I can guarantee is that you will feel more confident in your CV's content and it should increase the number of positive responses to your CV.

What is outplacement?Outplacement is a service provided by companies to support employees who are transitioning out of their current roles, typically due to redundancy or restructuring. It helps them process the impact of the changes and decide their next steps whether that is a similar job, a change of direction, setting up their own business or planning retirement.

Who benefits from outplacement support services?Outplacement support starts even before anyone leaves your organistion. We offer training even before you've confirmed any redundancies. We offer training to the Managers who are delivering the message to employees and want to feel confident they are being compliant and have the tools to handle the employees reactions. We can also train your Employee Reps who need to know what their role is. Employees at any level in an organisation who are affected by redundancies, downsizing, or other workforce changes would benefit from outplacement services provided by their employer. We can tailor the offer to different groups of employees based on your needs.
